The Shelley Cabal was a group of compatriots of Percy Bysshe Shelley.
It included William Fletcher and Lord Byron. They were attacked by the Mal'akh in Pisa. After another attack in Massa in 1822, Byron told them about the Star Chamber and the truth about the Mal'akh. The creatures were defeated, but three of the comrades were killed, including possibly Shelley. The uncertainty was due to the fact that the body had no face or arms, and could only be identified by its clothing. Faction Paradox came up with the name for the group. (PROSE: The Book of the War)
