Lieutenant Kathleen Bregman was a UNISYC soldier.
In 2069, she and Colonel Kortez became UNISYC's representatives during the auction of Mr Qixotl's Relic. On the way to the auction in the East Indies ReVit Zone, she tried to buy some insect repellent from a village medicine man, but he sold her a box of aspirin instead.
